Really burned out from everything in life. No more time for blogging. Deactivated Facebook, in case I want to really erase myself. But lifting and looking forward to it keeps me sane. Got what I wanted and couldn't do more. Tried to shorten that bastard pullup session and I literally couldn't do the last intended 2 x 5.
Deadlift:
DL - up to 180 kg x 6
Power clean - 72.5 kg x 3
Pistols - 3 x 10
Pushup plank with alternating elbow touches, 10 kg on back - 3 x 22
Bench:
BP - up to 97.5 kg x 6
TRX Inverted Rows - 2x 11, 3 x 10
Standing DB Press - 4 x 10, 1 x 9 x 16 kg
Squat - up to 127.5 kg x 6
Single Leg Deadlifts - 3 x 15 x 20 kg
Face Pulls - 6 x 12 x 33 lb
Pallof Press - 3 x 12 x 33 lb each side
Military Press:
Pullups - 8 x 6, 1 x 1
Military Press - up to 60 kg x 6
Weighted Push Up - 1 x 12 x 10 kg
What I need is a dose of "success" and sleep. They are both mutually exclusive.
