Still trashed. I feel that the problem is both fatigue and the belt. When in the hole, the belt pinches really bad into my abz. That really made it difficult to push through the lifts due to the need to tolerate half a minute of pain.

Pullups - 5 x 6, 5 x 5
Pushups with 10 kg plate on butt - 2 x 11, 1 x 10
I'm dying for sleep. And paradoxically gaining weight (that's what stress does to you)
