It's a web-based visual tool to build machine learning models and implement in an app, using either CoreML (with Apple devices) or TensorFlow (which is open source). It's basically how the Mac OS was superior to DOS in the early days, making things accessible by making them visual (instead of using the command line). Even if you do not know what machine learning is (it's the current race to the future in tech), you have to watch the demo to see how impressive it is.
